Great app. Easy to use and very relaxing.

Helpful tool for beginners!

I love the Headspace app! Using the free basics package is a great way to get started. What helps motivate me to meditate each day are seeing my personal stats and seeing how my meditation journey grows and builds on itself. Im excited to try all the different packages and I think the program really helps build your mind from the foundations up. I like Andys voice and find it really soothing and guiding!

High school has been a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions, often leaving me SUPER stressed (not to mention exhausted) by the end of the day. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I feel content and light, finally able to step away from my endless downhill spiral of a life, even if its only for a few minutes a day. Headspace has seriously helped me feel at ease and I think its a must have for anyone. From a student to a hard working member of society!

HOLD IT - STOP- This is what youre looking for.

Andy walks you step by step through the process of learning how to meditate. Theres a simple structure and approach you get from a Pro that will change the way you interact with yourself, and the world. This has nothing whatsoever to do with religion. Im an Episcopal and have been using the method of Contemplative Prayer off and on for quite some time. This approach puts everything into a perspective you will understand immediately. And youll feel like you know the trainer walking you through this well enough to talk about him using his first name like you two hang out all the time even though youve never even met him before. But seriously, youll love Andy.

Very helpful

Using headspace has started me on a journey of mindfulness and meditation. I like all the features, and the ability to follow meditations related to activities such as cooking and commuting.

Ive had some stress-related breathing problems, so my Dr. Recommended this app. I truly love it. This guys voice is like a drug! Cant get enough!!!

Great Instructor

I love this app, I love everything about it. It has thought me the basics of meditation very well. Andy is one of the best for teaching and giving guided meditation. I have tried other apps and none get close to this one. It can be pricey but its worth it.

Useful

Ive been looking for a type of guided meditation that would not only help me establish a daily routine that I look forward to but also encourage me and help me understand why Im meditating. It starts slowly, just a few minutes at a time, which is perfect for someone like me who has never meditated more than just a few days in a row before but wants to stick to it and be able to reap the benefits. I was always too critical of myself and never really understood that I dont have to turn my brain off to meditate. This app helps me realize that my thoughts during meditation are supposed to be there and is helping me learn to just be an observer of them rather than worry that theyre intruding. Ive recently recommended this app to my daughter who has PTSD and has a hard time focusing. She, too, thought she was too scatterbrained for meditation, but I think this app will teach her otherwise and it will be beneficial to her. I think its fun and playful enough to hold the interest of a 13 year old, which I havent found for her in other guided meditation apps or videos, so its definitely suitable for all ages.

Fantastic for Guided Meditation

Ive tried a few meditation apps including Calm and Stop, Breathe, and Think. Headspace tops them all. Guided meditation I find to be a lot more accessible and, although I hope to one day practice daily unguided meditation, developing a practice is much easier and enjoyable because of Headspace.

Great for all-around mental/emotional wellbeing

I love this app. It took me a little while to finally get myself to meditate regularly (I recommend first thing every morning), but now that Ive been meditating pretty much every day for the last ~6 months Ive certainly noticed feeling less stressed, frantic, and anxious.

Beginners welcome

This app really made me feel like I was at the right place at the right time. It was okay that I didnt know everything about meditation before I got started.

Help for a Newbie

Its hard to put into words how thankful I am for the Headspace app. Im new to the practice of meditation and this app has made taking on a new habit extremely practical and seamless. Headspace is changing my life for the better and I believe on a much larger scale, theyre changing the world for the better.

This app has been a tremendous help regaining some peace from the hectic day-to-day world. It has helped my marriage and family relationships as well. I very much like the redesign on this latest edition.

Great App, Love the Redesign

Headspace has really helped me to calm my mind. I like Andys guidance and his voice isnt distracting, like some other apps. Ive been meditating for a while now and Ive found Im less stressed and can focus better. The new app redesign is cool, its a bit more flexible than the old one and makes it easier to choose the meditation I am looking for.

Be a witness

I incorporated this app into my lifestyle, literally 3 minutes at a time. By then end of the beginners phase, I was convinced it work when my ten yr old daughter remarked, "Mama, you seem less stressed." I am a single mom to only her and found myself in a financial pickle. The moment she said this, I went back to the app and purchased the Anxiety pack. I am on lesson 10. I finally am at a place getting it... "being aware" not only means: "be where your feet are, it also means: "be a witness" ...to your own life and the form that allows us to, LITERALLY, be here. A MUST for those who earnestly seeks out their own truth.

I signed up for this app a month ago and it has won me over. I enjoy meditating and cannot believe it took me so long to give it a try. I can tell a difference in my attitude since I have started meditating?

Headspace days are better days!

Im not one to write many reviews, but Headspace has really improved my mind-set (emotions/thinking/reacting/etc) in all areas of my life, even with only the free take-10. I just purchased the monthly subscription, and Im looking forward to some more mindfulness via Headspace! Im just one other average person living on this blue dot, but I deserve to be happy and aware, and so do you. Heres to putting some faith, and a little money, into mindfulness meditation today and most days to come! ☮️?
