Highly recommend!

Excellent guided meditation app! I have shared this find with anyone I can. Its perfect for beginners to gently introduce them to meditation.

Awesomeness

This is the one app that works for me and its the most peaceful and most simple app to let my stress and anxiety out of my body. I recommend it completely.

My blue sky

Day after day I use Headspace to meditate. I never did before and I began using this app and my life was changed forever. I have done several packs, I repeat my favorites. Andy and his team are the best and I truly appreciate the fact that I found this and added it to my life. The newer version allows you to do multiple packs, change duration or your meditation and much more. Andys voice is so soothing and calming. I am thankful that technology brought more spirituality and taught me how to find my blue sky. Thank you Andy and the Headspace team & community.

One of favorite moments of the day

I really enjoy Headspace, and like almost everything about it. The one thing that annoyed me a little was the difficulty of downloading sessions for future use in places without Internet connection or inexistant phone service.

Talks to much

Good app for explaining fundamentals of it but just talks to much to allow you to Focus on any given technique that hes trying to explain

Changed my life

The western world has a never-ending todo list from waking up to going to bed at night. When one sleeps, the brain still doesnt get a break as it is in REM. Meditation is the only way I could get a handle on my life and enjoy it to the fullest. After learning how to meditate my memory is better, my ability to focus was sharpened, and I have a genuine love for life. Seriously dont know why this isnt a bigger deal to people. I started on other meditation programs a couple years back, but headspace was by far the best I found. The yearly subscription is the best spent money of the year since daily meditation gives my so much more to the rest of my day. I thought the subscription was expensive, but really, $0.25 a day for a better life? Thats a gum ball. Stop being a penny pincher and transform your life. Happy meditating to all!

Coming to Stillness

Headspace has a certain wisdom to its approach. It begins with just three minute meditations- so doable. - just three minutes. Yet, in those three minutes I had a sense of calm, of stillness. A shift occurred. Gradually the time of the meditations will increase, and the first ten minute session seemed long, but after that I was glad for a longer time of quiet. I could feel my body and mind slowing down, accessing a peaceful rhythmic place. I lean towards anxious , and Andys calm, non-judgmental voice is a gentle guide helping me to a place of restful awakening. I have been more able to be present to life as it occurs rather than worrying myself into a frenzy about the possibilities of future events that do not even exist. Try it. I think you will be grateful you did.

Life Changing

Meditation has changed my life. Headspace has been one of the greatest tools in meditation for me. I highly recommend it for anyone for anything. Different packages and themes to choose from, short 1-3 minute for busy schedules. Even a section for kids! Highly recommend this for every person

I have changed my daily routine to include meditation every morning, and Headspace is by far the best way for me to keep that up. It teaches the correct principles of meditating in an extremely non-threatening and progressive way. Kudos to the guys at Headspace. Theyve truly created a revolution.

Deeply helps with anxiety

My mind is in a constant run of thinking throughout the day, mostly negative self-talk. There are meditation packs relating to health, relationships, and even focus. The self-esteem pack helped a massive amount in allowing me to feel more like myself throughout the day and walk into a college lecture feeling more clear headed and open to being present.

Great!

This really helped! I was so stressed I honestly was considering suicide. After my first exercise I really did feel better. Now a week in and Im whistling at work. Whistling! Im that annoying always happy guy now. And it feels great!

Great way to learn to meditate and awesome video content

Really wonderful way to start meditating. The app is simple and easy to use, especially with the redesign. The voice is relaxing. The options are great. The best part for me is the videos, which explain some of the more vague parts of meditation in a very clear way with cute a memorable animations.

First meditation app/book/recording that makes it possible

Andrews voice and approach are just right for me. So glad a friend shared with me. I recommend this for anyone who has tried and gotten frustrated trying to start meditating on their own.
