Training wheels for meditation

Been using the app for two+ years - its what introduced me to meditation and taught me everything I know about it. The packs or areas of focus are diverse but still leverage similar principles, making it more natural to change topics. Grateful to have found this - has actually had a noticeable positive impact on my life in a bunch of ways, especially relationships/empathy, focus, and even falling asleep faster. Big fan.

Helps me find my brains "off button"

Ive practiced meditation on and off for twenty years and these are the best guided meditations Ive found, after trying an awful lot. Very focused and soothing and clear. The daily sessions may feel repetitive but they train your mental "muscle memory" and, Ive found, make it easy to apply the principles of mind training throughout your day. I received a subscription as a gift and am so grateful—its been transformative.

Daily App

Great app to help along a budding meditation practice. Once you move through the foundation pack (which I thought was the best!) you can explore guided meditations that have a specific focus (such as anxiety or happiness or relationships to name a few.) The meditations do not have a religious or spiritual focus but rather a qualitative focus which makes it usable by all. I found the app itself quite user friendly and use it daily. Im happy to recommend it.

My therapist gave this to me for anxiety and its working. Do it for the whole 10 free days and youll find every day is a little better.

My Favorite App!

I have been using this app for about 3 years now, and it has helped me so much! It can be a bit expensive though, but if you are serious about meditating you should definitely give it a try. They have a 10 days free trial that you can try before purchasing the premium version.

Well worth it

I have found this app to be extremely helpful in dealing with my anxiety and difficulty getting to sleep. The exercises have also helped me to stop and become more aware during everyday situations, and I feel that my quality of life has improved as a result. The yearly subscription isnt cheap, but is well worth it, in my experience.

Great intro to meditation

This is the first time I have though of and started to do meditation. This app is a very simple way to get started and to slowly yet steadily evolve. I recommend it to all that hesitate.

Wonderful

This app is great for me. My New Years resolution was to meditate every day. This app has been wonderful. Im on day 13 and it has helped me establish a consistent habit of daily meditation.

Works for me!

I have been using Headspace for over a year with great success. As a chronic multitasking mom of 4, triathlete and full time administrative assistant, I find that my mind is always set at warp speed as I try to plan out all the things I need to accomplish each day. My anxiety and stress built to a breaking point. I heard about Headspace on the Rich Roll podcast and immediately signed up for the ten day free trial. Andys calm voice and the cute video illustrations were so easy to follow that I bought the ap. Meditation has helped me focus, think clearly, maintain composure and settle down. I meditate every day now. Headspace works for me!

A Must For Those With Anxiety

My therapist recommended I start meditating with Headspace to help with my anxiety. It was far and away the best advice Ive ever gotten. The meditation is incredibly easy and you can put it to use immediately. Ive recommended it to everyone I know. Meditation is a practice that can help improve all peoples lives in nearly every facet.

2 years and going strong

I have been using Headspace off and on for two years. When I started doing the meditations consistently, I have seen tremendous growth in my attention, presence, mindfulness, relationships, and so much more. If you are thinking about learning to meditate, this app is great. The subscription is well worth the money for the growth you will experience.

Excellent App- use it everyday to see the benefits

My best days involve 20 min of headspace. It is the best mindfulness app I have found. Headspace somehow allows the mud in the mind to settle and clear thinking to take over when done consistently. I now have clearer thinking throughout my day and I look forward to my sessions. I highly recommend this app to all my friends who want a better quality of life.

Accessible way to Meditate for New to Meditation

Really great way to learn mindfulness through meditation. The foundational exercises teach you how to meditate easily, allowing you to turn all your resistance into part of the exercise.

Great app if you want to learn and grow in your practice, and want to be held accountable. Its easy all you need is a place to sit, your phone, and a little time. Andy is great teacher. He has a soothing voice and the videos are a nice addition. He has tones of packs to do. I like most of them but focus is my favorite. I have taken TM classes before and this is my new preferred practice. Thanks Headspace!
