Headspace is, by far, the best app I have ever downloaded. Its the only app I pay for and is worth the subscription of $13 a month. I suffer from terrible PTSD, social anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Ive been through numerous therapists and psychiatrists who havent been able to help me and just want to throw pills at the problem. That has never worked, and I was convinced nothing would work until I found Headspace. What a life changer. I use this app daily, in the morning, it takes 10-15 minutes and Im set for the day. When I do have bad days (I didnt say it was a cure, its a tool) there is are S.O.S. modules that instantly help you refocus and get back in the swing of things. Andy is your guide inside of the Headspace app. I love his voice- he is very calming and welcoming and he makes you feel secure. He walks you through each meditation exercise and simply explains what to do. If you can get in a quiet place, shut your eyes and have 10 minutes to yourself I guarantee your life will change in a matter of weeks.
