Ive practiced meditation on and off for twenty years and these are the best guided meditations Ive found, after trying an awful lot. Very focused and soothing and clear. The daily sessions may feel repetitive but they train your mental "muscle memory" and, Ive found, make it easy to apply the principles of mind training throughout your day.
