Recommended by Tim Ferriss. I have been for years trying to enter into meditation and trying to build habits. Headspace allowed me to do both. As it slowly became a constant behavior in my day that I can start building different habits around.
Well designed for daily practices for mindful meditation step by step. Strongly hope narration will be translated into multiple regions so that more people will be able to receive the merit of this app.
Meditation is an exercise for mind. Most of the people dont know how to do it, there are many techniques or ways of doing it, one of the way is mindfulness meditation. This is the best app to learn mindfulness meditation and practice it. Andy has designed the program very well. He guides well and motivate to do mindfulness meditation. I encourage to all to try this app if they are serious about meditation.

App gives you ten audio sessions then wants you to subscribe their service to continue! Not like this sir! Also, app graphics are way too childish for my taste. Plus side: speaker is quite good.
Id been needing some time to myself to settle the chaos and stress I experience daily, and Headspace has done the trick. Its now a key part of my daily routine and on the days that I miss my meditation, I notice the difference. Cannot recommend it enough!

Great app you should try out
Its easy to make meditation a daily practice with Headspace! I started about 2 years ago with just 10 minutes a day. Now I do 15 minutes in the morning and go to bed with the sleep track. Ive used headspace through various life cycles: losing a 15 year contract, regaining focus, illness, creativity, and the positive seasons as well. The guidance is gentle. No matter what you are going through but positive and negative theres a Headspace track for you.

The only practice Im doing every day. 10 minutes is enough to feel the difference in you, your mood and behaviors. I highly recommend it for hard working people who attend various self-development courses, but cannot find time to bring to life any of the practices.
