Its easy to make meditation a daily practice with Headspace! I started about 2 years ago with just 10 minutes a day. Now I do 15 minutes in the morning and go to bed with the sleep track. Ive used headspace through various life cycles: losing a 15 year contract, regaining focus, illness, creativity, and the positive seasons as well. The guidance is gentle.
