Its a great app that clears my head and helps me to focus. Especially when Im stressed. I found the harder it is for me to do the more I really needed to do it. Give yourself some headspace. Its worth it
My first week of daily meditation has changed my attitude toward everyone and freed up daily stress. Such a relief. Subscribed immediately.
Its only been a month and I feel so much better. You have to try this. But dont just go through the motions, really believe in it and let it happen.
Im still fairly new to this app but five days in I am loving it and its simple approach to meditation and clearing the mind! I look forward to what else it can teach me and help me with and would recommend this app to anyone exploring the idea of meditation!

I did the take 10 and then had to consider purchasing the app. It took me about 5 days of not using it to realize the profound change that had taken place. I bought the year membership that night. Look at it this way, the whole year is less than one therapy session!
Its the best. Simply put.
I have trouble sleeping at night no matter how exhausted I am. It takes me hours. This app had me sleeping in minutes! I start my day with the 10 minute sessions and end my day with the sleep session and it is changing my life. Love this app, completely worth it!

It is a very nice break during the work day and it only takes 10 min. The time seems to go fast. It keeps me focused to stop "chasing my tail"
Im still in the 10 day period but I already feel different. I was going to go to the doctor for anxiety medication but this is so much more natural and it has helped me control my thoughts. Best app I could had found.

I am not new to meditation, and have tried many guided meditations from various people and services, including podcasts, apps, etc. While I am not a subscriber at the moment, and just wanted to do basic 10 minute ones for ten days straight to establish a habit, I love it already, and will have to consider a subscription in te near future. I really enjoy how easy it is to understand it, without extra fluff and unnecessary info. The voice of the author is the best! The app design is easy to navigate and helps with accountability if you connect with a few friends who want to try it or already into meditation. All around, 5 star experience and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are new to the world or mindfulness and meditation.
Happy I started meditation and Im happy headspace and provide me the steps I need to continue my journey to a health, happy, and focused mind.

Ive used other meditation apps but Headspace is the best. If youve never meditated, Headspace will guide you gently into the process. Youll learn not only how to meditate but "why" we meditate. The overview youll get with Headspace is excellent. Theres plenty here for seasoned meditators too.

10 minutes a day is perfect for me. I also love his voice and explanations! The app animations are good as well!
