So helpful
Never thought meditation would be the thing for me, but when I started learning computer science and software engineering, I desperately needed a way to to keep my mind in a calm, focused, and present state.
It has provided that and so much more. It has improved everything about each day that passes, and Im only 80 minutes in. It has especially increased my gratitude for everything I have and everything about being alive. Feels kind of like being a kid again. Things feel new and important and precious, and the layer of jadedness fades a little more with each exercise I do.
Its changed my life honestly... I hope it continues to do so. If what Im experiencing is common, every single person on this planet should meditate.
