Highly therapeutic.
Ive been doing yoga and meditation since I was 17 (now Im 29). The meditation part of it I loved, but I couldnt really afford to go to yoga everyday.
Enter headspace. From the first day doing it, it has been highly motivating. I did the first free ten days, and immediately afterwards I hot a subscription.
Ever since I got the app, Ive been more focused on how positive behavior and mindfulness and good choices can benefit you as much as anything else. This app has motivated me to wake up ten minutes earlier everyday, and so far I havent missed a day. I love how its a flexible app. I love the voice and the visualizations.
Its like a gym for your mind, and I deem it to be worth every penny. Its improving my relationships. Now when I got home angry from work, I just take 10 minutes and meditate and it outs me in a much better... Well, headspace!
Get the app and give it a try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Update: day 41, and Im still doing headspace everyday. Most days, twice.
Update: day 84, and I still havent missed a day. I appreciate how flexible the app is.
