Meditation made easy
I never saw myself as a meditator, but several people recommended it to me as an anxious person and I love how easy Headspace makes it. Even the first 10 days, I saw such a difference in my attitude and I now feel more peace, courage, and power. The sleep meditations are also incredible. I always fall asleep during them (3-10 minutes) which has never happened to me. Highly recommend Headspace!
