Finally one that works
I am a meditator wannabe who has tried so many apps, techniques, books, etc. but never really caught on. I knew I preferred guided but just couldnt find a right fit. Heard about Headspace on NPR and thought it sounded promising. I liked the sound of the guiders voice, that was a start. Just completed the first three beginner basics packs and starting on some more specific ones. I definitely see marked improvement in my focus. Headspace has become part of my AM routine and I am happy to finally feel like I am getting it.
