When I started Headspace I didnt know what this was about. But from taking it I am more relaxed, can get myself away from an anger mode, and just take life simply. Doing this by not getting so mad or quick to judge things. Also I see more open opportunities for me to map out what I am going or planning to do then accomplishing that particular thing or filling.
