My mind is in a constant run of thinking throughout the day, mostly negative self-talk. There are meditation packs relating to health, relationships, and even focus.
The self-esteem pack helped a massive amount in allowing me to feel more like myself throughout the day and walk into a college lecture feeling more clear headed and open to being present.
