Ive tried to meditate before but found it difficult to commit to because I chastised my wondering mind and didnt quite see any benefit. Andy gives the structure I needed and acceptance that its okay to wonder because there is still great benefits to be derived from quieting the mind. Im trying to get my family members to try it because it puts you in touch with your feelings and helps you to live in the moment. Really glad I took the time to try this app.
