No better way to start off *every* day
Almost two months in now and Im already making sure I get time in every day for this. It makes the rest of my day more calm, relaxed, and peaceful. I find Im already having better recall, better insight in to personal and business day events. Started off with 10 days at 3 minutes each (thanks Tim Ferriss), then on to 20 days at 10 minutes each, now Im stepping up to 15 minute intervals, as I feel I need more. On the creativity pack now. This is a good thing.
