Transformative ?✨
I Really love this. Been using this for only one week and it has increased my awareness, decreasing anxiety tremendously by guiding me out of the mind and back into the senses. The illustrations also help on a subconscious level. The Image of gently brushing away thoughts with a feather resurfaces in my mind and I find myself coming back to the breath and the counting keeps me more present in the moment for longer periods. This is a Wonderful meditation to incorporate into the practice.
