I am rather grateful for this app. Ive always resisted meditation. I couldnt explain to you why, I know how important it is and how good it feels. Maybe its been because Ive been resistant to really loving myself..who knows. But none of that matters now. Because of this app Im finally starting to get it. Slowly its seeping in what it means to be present in the Now. My body feels lighter after I meditate and Im recognizing where there is consistent pressure in various locations of my body. Meditation is helping me to feel my chakras and to identify where I feel emotional pain. Its also helping me to feel where the pain is easing up and is healing. Most importantly I am being connected to my breath. I know breath is the key to everything and is my direct connection to my creator...that in and of its self, finding my breath, makes every bit of meditation worth it. Thank you Headspace. Youve given us a priceless gift. Namasté ?
