Best 25days using Headspace
To be upfront and honest, I didnt think using the app, almost daily, would have an impact in my life. But was I wrong! Im still using the basic package with the 30day of 10min guided meditation by Andy and Ive felt such a difference. When i do this in my mornings, i feel more calm, collected and centered. Ive used it at night before bed and it helps me transition to a very calm and ready-for-bed mood. Ive experienced a new way to be present and connect with my body and emotions. Its been quite the surprise and I cannot wait to see what the next 30 days will be. Definitely will recommend to friends & family.
