After just 13 days, I am seeing amazing positive changes in my life, work, and relationships. I never thought much of meditation. During my first session, I hated it, and cried through most of the 10 minutes. It takes time to see results. I stuck with it and Im so glad I did. I make sure to do it every day. Its become part of my life.
