I had no problem with the app itself, I just didnt find myself using it and decided to cancel. They dont give a clear way to do this and make you search through the FAQ to find an email. This is a bit shady but I did my part and messaged them 4 days prior to my renewal. Well they charged my card anyway and now Im having to dispute to charge with my credit card. So this experience leaves a very sour opinion of Headspace and can only hope they improve their customer service in this regard.
