So perfectly simple
Its very un-cluttered and straight forward. The nice bite-sized approach makes it easier for me to commit and be successful. There are little milestones along the way that give you measurable achievements while youre having those harder to quantify changes in things like: more calm in your day, a little extra will power, more mindfulness with interpersonal exchanges.
After 2 decades of trying to bring meditation into my daily life, Im finally one who meditates. Its now part of my routine :)
